115 Bayside Ct. Marina Bay Just Sold!
After only 8 days on the market my latest listing at the Marina Bay condos went pending and closed escrow after 14 days with an all cash offer. Since these condos are still currently under litigation they can only be sold to cash buyers. Unfortunately litigation has kept prices somewhat depressed, but this will hopefully be resolved shortly.
My client was very pleased with the quick sale, especially since there were several identical units that have been on the market for over 60 days. This just goes to show the difference that staging, professional photography, and great marketing makes. Prices in Marina Bay are still at a bargain.
