The latest new construction project to join the Point Richmond/Marina Bay neighborhood will be named Waterline. The builder, Shea Homes is getting ready to break ground on 60 new flats and townhomes, each of which will offer splendid Bay Views. Just one of several recent new construction and business ventures in Richmond's desirable waterfront location, Waterline is the new name and design of the long awaited project previously known as the Bottoms.
